2024 3rd International Conference on Smart Energy and Electrical Engineering (SEEE 2024)

2024 3rd International Conference onSmart Energy and Electrical Engineering (SEEE 2024) will be held in Harbin on December 20-22, 2024. In the context of the dual carbon target(Carbon peaks and Carbon neutral), the energy industry is facing the great challenge of green and low-carbon transformation. With the comprehensive adjustment of China's industrial structure and the high-quality development of the economy, energy demand will shift from the absolute share of industrial users to the diversified needs of users. In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the energy industry and the technological revolution, China has issued a series of policies and guidelines recommending the development of smart energy, such as the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of "Internet+" Smart Energy, the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Energy Electronics Industry, and the Guiding Opinions on Energy Work in 2023. The arrival of the fourth information revolution has made the digital economy the main driving force for energy transformation and low-carbon development. The overall architecture of smart energy is to take intelligence as the core, based on infrastructure platforms such as smart cloud, IoT, and AI middleware, data middleware, etc., with the help of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, digital twin and other technologies, and ultimately to promote the intelligent transformation of energy enterprises.

This conference will focus on the development of the national energy industry and technology needs, aiming to provide a platform for the development of "intelligent energy", "electrical engineering", "power engineering", "control science and engineering", "control science and engineering", "Control Science and Engineering", "Computer Science and Technology", "Materials Science and Engineering" and other fields of experts, scholars, engineers, technicians, researchers and developers to provide an opportunity to share their scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, and to learn more about the development of the energy industry. The conference will provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineers, technicians and R&D personnel to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in industrialization of academic achievements.
